Not all credentialing company explain the different steps they undergrow for you to be approved. Us at MDCS we want to be upfront with all of our customers so they know we are always working on their behalf.
We customized all of our customer services based on their need. The customers will know exactly what they are getting from us and our expectation in the consultation call.
We will collect all the information we need from you to ease the credentialing and/or licensing process to eliminate delays. As we are collecting the documents we will start the data entry and vetting process by completing some basic primary Verification.
Once all documents needed for your services are received, data entry and PSV is complete we will update all of your profiles.
We submit the participation request and follow up on a regular until the forms are received.
Once we received a form for your application, we prepopulate it with the basic information we received at the beginning of the process and send it to you for review and to answer the disclosure questions and signature.
Once the signed forms are received, we review the application and submit it to the appropriate personnel.
We will Follow up by phone, email, and fax on your behalf.
We provide the office with a status report detailing the plans and products you are in network or in process with.
We will notify you or your approval with a copy of the document (s); (Executed contract, fee schedule, appointment letter or copy of your license) (If applicable).
